Job summary

Transpower New Zealand Limited (TPNZ) is seeking a driven leader to manage the Sector Workforce Development training portfolio. The role focuses on delivering high-quality materials that support safe and reliable operation of New Zealand's electricity system.

Partner with internal subject matter experts and operations stakeholders to shape training for groups such as Operations Planning, the National Grid Operations Centre, the National Coordination Centre and other key teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and developing adult learning.
• People leadership experience in growing or changing environments.
• Strong planning and portfolio or project management skills.
• Highly effective stakeholder engagement in complex contexts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team to deliver outstanding outcomes within agreed timeframes
• Work closely with key stakeholders to align training materials with business needs
