Job summary

Millbrook Country Club in Arrowtown, near Queenstown, is seeking qualified Beauty & Massage Therapists to join our Spa & Wellness team. You will deliver facial, manicure, pedicure, waxing and massage therapies, consult with guests, and maintain treatment rooms to five-star standards.

A recognised beauty and massage qualification with at least one year of experience is required, plus excellent communication and presentation. Join us for a premium guest experience in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• A recognised beauty and massage qualification is essential.
• A minimum of one year9;s experience in beauty therapy and massage.
• Confidence delivering a range of beauty and massage treatments to a high standard.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and time-management skills.
• A positive, professional and flexible approach to your work.
• The ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing guest needs.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Delivering a range of beauty and massage treatments, including facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing and massage therapies
• Consulting with guests to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments and aftercare solutions
• Creating a warm, welcoming and professional experience for every guest from arrival through to departure
• Preparing, maintaining and presenting treatment rooms to the highest standards
• Promoting retail products and spa services through professional recommendations and product knowledge
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa while contributing to exceptional guest satisfaction

As a Beauty &Massage Therapist, you will play an important role in creating memorablewellness experiences for our guests. Working within our Spa & Wellnessteam, you will provide a range of beauty and massage treatments while ensuringevery guest feels welcomed, cared for and relaxed throughout their visit.

Supporting the Spa& Wellness Manager, you will contribute to the smooth day-to-day operationof the spa, consistently delivering treatments to a five-star standard andhelping create an environment that encourages guests to return time and time again.

What will your day looklike?

Location:Arrowtown, Queenstown

Hours:Full time permanent (minimum 30 hours per week guaranteed)

Pay banding: $31.00- $33.00 gross per hours (based on experience)
