Mövenpick Hotel Auckland in the heart of Auckland’s CBD invites you to join our team as a Guest Services Agent. You will warmly welcome guests, be the friendly face in the lobby, assist with luggage handling, and provide local information to create a memorable stay.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English is required.
• A restricted or full New Zealand driver’s license is required.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles is advantageous.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to lift at least 30 kg.
• Well groomed and presentable appearance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests and visitors with warmth, creating a convivial atmosphere.
• Be present and visible in the lobby, as the point of contact for guests.
• Assist with transfer, storage and handling of guest luggage and property; park and retrieve guest cars as requested.
• Help guests with requests in a professional and polite manner.
• Assist with directions, local information, and transportation.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Welcome all guests and visitors with warmth, creating an atmosphere woven around real conviviality.
• Being present and visible in the lobby, to be easily identifiable by guests as the person to whom they should go to.
• You will assist with the transfer, storage and handling of guest luggage and property, park and retrieve guest cars as requested
• Help guests withrequestsin a professional and polite manner
• Assists with directions, local information, and transportation

• Excellent spoken English
• Restricted or Full New Zealand driver’s license
• Ability to drive both auto and manual cars is an advantage
• Ability to work on a rotating roster over 7 days if required, including weekends, public holidays and morning and night shifts.
• Physically fit and able to lift at least 30kg
