Job summary

BNZ is seeking an experienced engineer to modernise and support its critical payment platform infrastructure, focusing on Azure, Linux, and automation. You will build and manage cloud environments, implement robust CI/CD pipelines, and drive production-readiness across non-production and production environments.

You will collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver secure, scalable BNZ solutions. Strong automation, security-minded mindset, and the ability to mentor others are essential

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex Azure and Linux-based environments.
• Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible).
• Strong CI/CD experience with Jenkins and related tooling (Git, Bitbucket).
• Hands-on knowledge of MQ, PostgreSQL, TLS certificates and networking.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Azure and Linux-based environments using IaC and automation tools.
• Develop and support integrated CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, including Ansible deployments.
• Improve deployment repeatability, patching, testing, and release confidence across environments.
• Troubleshoot complex end-to-end issues across applications and platform dependencies.
• Strengthen operational resilience through production support, vulnerability remediation, and monitoring.
