Job summary

BNZ is seeking a Platform Lead to drive the Core Ledger Replacement program from Wellington or Auckland, in a hybrid role. You will shape the platform vision, lead technical teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable lending technology.

In this fixed-term, full-time position, you’ll work within an Agile product team, focusing on value delivery, platform reliability, and customer outcomes across a multi-year transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Agile software delivery and product ownership.
• Ability to define platform vision and drive execution.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
