BNZ is seeking an experienced Platform Lead to join our Core Ledger Replacement programme in New Zealand, based in Auckland or Wellington. You’ll lead a high-performing team, shape the platform vision, and drive delivery across a multi-year transformation that modernises lending technology and enables better customer experiences.

In this role you’ll manage engineers and specialists through the full product lifecycle, use data to prioritise work, and foster collaboration across the business.

Formación

• Experience leading product teams in banking or lending tech.
• Proven ability to define platform vision and strategy.
• Strong understanding of agile product lifecycle.
• Experience with data analytics to guide decisions.
