Job summary

Comspek International is seeking a Platform Engineering Lead to define and execute a modern platform strategy while leading a high-performing engineering team in Wellington. You will shape the tools, platforms, and practices that underpin software delivery across growing client engagements.

You will drive CI/CD, automation, IaC, observability, and SRE, enabling development teams to deploy securely with guardrails while adopting AI-assisted development in a cloud-native environment.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead engineering teams and deliver results.
• Strong background in cloud infra, platforms, and DevOps.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and environment management.
• Solid understanding of SRE, observability, and incident management.
