Job summary

The Doctors in New Zealand seeks an organised PHO Operations Co-ordinator to connect primary care practices with the PHO, coordinating programmes and improving health outcomes for communities.

You will manage relationships with practice owners, GPs, nurses and broader teams, ensuring PHO services are communicated clearly and implemented effectively across the network. Based at head office in Parnell, 40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Relationship management experience with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across audiences.
• Ability to interpret health data for reporting and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Act as a day-to-day contact for practices on PHO services and processes.
• Coordinate PHO programmes and monitor milestones and outcomes.
• Prepare and distribute regular communications to practices.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and data reporting.
• Plan and coordinate practice forums, trainings and meetings.
• Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
