The Administration Coordinator provides essential day-to-day administrative and coordination support to help the team deliver a high-quality work programme. The role involves managing a range of administrative tasks, including preparing and distributing documents, coordinating meetings, maintaining calendars, supporting projects, processing invoices, and assisting with financial and procurement activities. As a key point of contact, the Administration Coordinator ensures smooth team operations by maintaining effective communication, supporting organisational policies and processes, and managing office resources. The role also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, promotes a safe and inclusive workplace, supports Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles, and helps achieve positive outcomes for the communities served through efficient and responsive administrative support.
