Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a mid-level Philanthropy Operations professional to support 23 fundraising sites with data analytics, gift processing, and reporting. You’ll partner with leadership for system improvements, donor stewardship, and IRS compliance while ensuring data accuracy across multiple platforms.

You will assist with prospect research, marketing coordination, and project management, including year-end reporting and ongoing audits in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; fundraising certification a plus.
• Minimum of one year in a fast-paced organization; fundraising/admin experience preferred.
• Experience with Blackbaud RENXT Pro, eTapestry or similar CRM; RENXT Pro preferred.
• Experience with Crescendo Interactive is a plus.
• Experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide donor database analytics; run queries and build reports.
• Perform weekly gift processing audits and reconciliations.
• Provide CRM user support and coordinate data integrity.
• Conduct prospect research and prepare donor profiles.
• Complete gift processing and data entry for multiple communities.
• Prepare annual Form 990 and assist with financial reporting, audits.
• Coordinate marketing collateral and donor stories; draft newsletters.
• Partner with Operations to standardize policies and drive compliance.
