Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising CRM management and analytics.
• Strong data quality and process improvement skills.
• Proficiency with PowerBI dashboards and Excel for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead data/CRM processes & insights for fundraising programmes.
• Ensure CRM excellence: data integrity, configuration, testing.
• Deliver performance monitoring and reporting tools, mainly PowerBI.
• Develop campaign-ready segmentation for donors and supporters.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align data needs with campaigns.
• Streamline workflows to improve campaign efficiency.
