The IHC New Zealand Fundraising Team is seeking a Fundraising CRM and Insights Lead to own end-to-end CRM management and fundraising analysis, delivering personalised supporter engagement and campaign insights from PowerBI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading CRM and data analysis in a fundraising setting.
• Proven ability to design and implement segmentation and dashboards.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and teams.

• Lead end-to-end CRM management and fundraising data analysis.
