Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Remote Fundraising and Donor Relations Manager to drive fundraising strategies across channels. You will cultivate donors, manage major gift portfolios, and coordinate campaigns from a home office.

In this fully remote role, you will track KPIs, generate reports, and collaborate with marketing to create compelling fundraising collateral. A Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in fundraising are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of fundraising and development experience with success in major gifts.
• Proven ability to build and maintain donor relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong proposals.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Raiser's Edge).
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies across channels.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with donors, foundations, and corporate partners.
• Manage a personal portfolio of major gift prospects and donors.
• Plan and implement campaigns and appeals.
• Oversee donor communication, stewardship, and impact reports.
• Track fundraising progress and report on KPIs.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop fundraising collateral.
• Identify and research new funding opportunities.
• Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM database.
