Job summary

TSB in Wellington is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, delivering exceptional service and banking solutions to help customers achieve their financial goals.

You’ll build and maintain lasting relationships in a fast-paced environment. A NZ Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 and 1–2 years banking experience are required, with a compassionate, proactive approach and a team‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years previous New Zealand banking/financial service experience.
• New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 required.
• You enjoy connecting and engaging with people at different levels.

About the role

You'll be the first point of contact for all new and existing customers, with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships. The role requires passion to deliver all customers with exceptional service, while being responsible for providing banking solutions and options to help customers achieve their financial goals. Having a continuous commitment towards putting the needs of our customers, the ability to use initiative and self-manage when required, will be critical to the success of this position.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level 5
• At least 1-2 years previous New Zealand banking/financial service experience.
• Enjoy connecting and engaging with people at a variety of levels, providing exceptional service.
