Job summary

TSB Bank is seeking a Personal Banking Advisor to join our Centre Branch team on a fixed term tenure until 30 April 2027. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, focusing on building and maintaining relationships.

In this role you will provide sound financial advice, help customers reach their financial goals, guide them through digital banking solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A NZ Certificate in Financial Services Level 5 is required.
• 1-2 years’ banking/financial service experience.

About the role

TSB is looking for a Personal Banking Advisor to join our Centre Branch team for a fixed term tenure. You will be the first point of contact for all new and existing customers with a strong focus on building and maintaining relationships.

In this role, you can expect to:

• Provide sound financial advice to help educate and engage with customers.

• Provide guidance and educate customers on digital solutions.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• A New Zealand Certificate in Financial Services Level 5.
• At least 1-2 years’ previous banking/financial service experience.
