This isn't an admin role where you'll simply wait for instructions. You'll need to see what needs doing, take ownership and make it happen to support your manager and team.
Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing Diaries

  • Liaising confidently with senior leaders, colleagues, clients and stakeholders
  • Managing competing priorities and shifting deadlines
  • Solving problems and finding practical solutions
  • Supporting the wider team with administration and coordination as needed

About You | Mąu
You're an experienced team administrator or coordinator who takes pride in being the person people can rely on.
You're organised, accurate and proactive. You don't need someone constantly checking in with you, you can look at what needs to happen, work out the priorities and get on with it.

You will bring:

  • Strong administration and coordination experience
  • A proactive "I'll sort it" attitude
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of the detail
  • Confidence dealing with senior leaders, colleagues, clients and stakeholders
  • Reliability and follow-through, you own your work from start to finish
  • Good judgement and discretion when dealing with confidential information
  • Confidence to chase people up, ask questions and push back when needed
  • The ability to quickly learn new systems and ways of working

Why This Role | Te Āheinga
If you have the experience we are looking for who wants more ownership, more variety and the opportunity to work closely with senior people, this could be a great next step.
