Switched On Group seeks a Performance Partner to manage relationships with subcontractors and key stakeholders across the region. You will drive compliance, onboard contractors, and monitor performance against KPIs while inspecting work and resolving issues before they escalate.
You’ll work in the field, not at a desk, building trust, guiding teams, and turning conversations into practical improvements with strong communication and judgement.
Switched On Housing works alongside Kāinga Ora to maintain and improve homes, helping ensure whānau have places to live that are warm, safe and fit for purpose. We are proud to be part of Kā te Rama Switched On Group and are committed to creating positive outcomes for the communities we serve.
The strength of our trade network is one of the reasons we consistently deliver for our customers. As Performance Partner, you will be responsible for supporting, challenging and developing those relationships. You will work closely with contractors, operational teams and leaders to drive high standards of workmanship, service delivery and compliance across the region.
This isn't a desk bound role. You will spend time out in the field, meeting with trade partners, inspecting completed work, reviewing performance and helping resolve issues before they become problems. You will be the link between expectations and execution, making sure our partners are equipped to deliver quality outcomes every day.
Sound judgement is a must along with strong communication skills and the confidence to have direct conversations when performance falls short. Equally important is the ability to recognise opportunity, build trust and help people improve.
