Switched On Housing is hiring a Delivery Supervisor to own residential maintenance projects from scoping through completion. You will work with Kāinga Ora, subcontractors, customers and internal teams to deliver safely and to a high standard.
The role is hands-on, blending on-site work with behind-the-scenes tasks, handling competing priorities, solving problems on the go and building strong relationships with a wide range of people.

We are looking for a Delivery Supervisor to join our team. This role was originally advertised as a fixed term role, however we are now looking to fill the role permanently
This is a hands on role where you will take ownership of residential maintenance projects from scoping through to completion. You will work closely with Kāinga Ora, subcontractors, customers and internal teams to ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
You will spend time both on site and behind the scenes, no two days are the same. You will be managing competing priorities, solving problems on the go, and building strong relationships with a wide range of people.
