Mō te Tūranga | About the Role

• Providing specialist advice and support across remuneration mangement, job evaluation, employee benefits, performance frameworks, benchmarketing and reward programmes.
• Providing remuneration analysis and reporting
• Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide expert remuneration advice
• Leveraging approved technolgies and AI tools to improve efficiency and insights while maintaining strong data privacy practices
• Supporting incentive schemes and reward progammes

Mōu | About You

• You'll bring experience in remuneration, rewards, benefits or performance management.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Advanced Excel capability and confidence working with large datasets
