We’re searching for a highly capable, commercially savvy Executive Assistant to become the trusted partner to our CEO. As Executive Assistant to the CEO you will be at the centre of SkyCity’s executive leadership team, partnering closely with the CEO to ensure they can focus on what matters most, leading the business forward.
You’ll have visibility across the organisation, exposure to Senior Leaders, Board interactions and strategic initiatives, becoming a trusted partner and a steady hand the CEO relies on every day – someone whose professionalism is exceptional, and whose kindness, generosity and genuine care for people leave the biggest mark.
No two days will be the same, you’ll:
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing proactive diary management, anticipating priorities, managing information flow and ensuring decisions are supported by clear analysis, context and recommendations
- Provide board and governance support, coordinating meeting logistics, travel and cross-time zone arrangements, and assisting with board paper preparation and the CEO’s review
- Partner on CEO communications – speeches, briefing notes and key messaging – keeping the CEO well prepared and the leadership team informed of priorities, travel and critical meetings
- Lead the planning and coordination of Senior Leadership Team meetings, quarterly business reviews, strategy sessions and leadership off-sites, including agenda development and stakeholder engagement
- Own the CEO’s annual planning framework, aligning strategic priorities, board meetings, executive commitments and major business milestones
You’ll have:
- Extensive EA experience, including supporting a CEO, ideally within a listed or large-scale business
- Proven ability to operate beyond admin—at a strategic and operational level
- Experience preparing Board and executive-level papers and presentations
- Exceptional communication skills, with the natural ability to bring our Senior Leadership team together and keep everyone connected
- Strong organisational judgement, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- High levels of discretion, professionalism and confidence working with senior stakeholders
- A genuine, kind and empathetic nature, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the business
