Job summary

Summerset Retirement Villages is seeking a confident People Systems Manager to lead our People Services team and elevate P&C systems, processes and employee experience.

You will drive onboarding transformation, partner with the PMO and Group Digital Services, upgrade legacy systems, automate workflows, and deliver smarter reporting with Power BI and AI opportunities across recruitment, payroll and rostering.

Qualifications

• Strong HR operations or shared services leadership experience.
• Exposure to HRIS, payroll, recruitment or rostering platforms.
• Continuous improvement mindset with data and automation interest.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the P&C coordinators, systems admins and specialists.
• Drive onboarding transformation from design to adoption.
• Improve legacy systems, workflows and integrations with cross‑functional teams.
• Use data and insights to help teams decide and work efficiently.
• Balance critical needs with budget constraints while maintaining experience.
