Job summary
Foodstuffs North Island is seeking a People Systems Team Lead to drive modernisation of HR technology and lead a skilled team. You will partner with IT, Product and programme teams to shape the People Systems roadmap and deliver meaningful business outcomes across stores, distribution centres and the support office.
Reporting to the Head of People Systems, you will champion governance, prioritisation and continuous improvement while exploring AI, automation and other digital tools to enhance
Qualifications
- Experience leading People Systems or HRIS teams.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise HR platforms (prefer SAP SuccessFactors).
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across large organisations.
- Strategic thinker with governance and continuous improvement mindset.
- Comfort with AI, automation and digital tools in HR tech.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of People Systems Product specialists.
- Partner with IT, Product and programme teams to shape the roadmap.
- Lead governance, prioritisation and ongoing improvement across HR tech.
- Champion AI, automation and digital tools to improve experiences.
- Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders across Support Centre, Distribution and stores.
