Job summary

Southern Cross Health Insurance is seeking a People Systems Analyst to join our high-performing team on a permanent basis. You’ll work across Workday, people analytics, Power BI and automation to unlock better people insights and experiences.

This role blends solving complex data problems with shaping reporting and governance, offering exposure to a broad set of enterprise platforms and a supportive, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with People Systems, HRIS or analytics platforms.
• Advanced Power BI dashboard development and data modelling.
• Strong problem solving and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and improve Workday and related People Technology platforms.
• Develop, configure and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and analytics.
• Shape and deliver our People reporting and analytics roadmap.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Investigate system, process and data issues and identify improvements.
• Use data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Support testing, releases and system enhancements.
• Improve data quality, governance and security.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and automate tasks.
• Contribute to initiatives to maximise value from technology investments.
