Datacom in New Zealand is seeking a Senior Consultant - Workday to lead client Workday projects and drive successful delivery across multiple engagements.

You will own requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and user training, acting as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and project teams in a hybrid work environment.

Bring hands-on Workday HCM experience, strong workshop facilitation, and a proactive attitude to help clients achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Workday implementation experience.
• Workday PRO certification.
• Strong client-facing and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience leading HCM-related workstreams.

Responsabilités

• Lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients.

About The Role (your Why)

As a Senior Consultant - Workday, you’ll be the conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders and the implementation teams. This is a challenging and rewarding role to grow your existing analysis, design, communication and diplomatic abilities. You’ll be comfortable in front of clients at all levels as you’ll be leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions and articulating Workday concepts.

What You’ll Do

At the moment, as a Senior Consultant - Workday, you will be across multiple projects with high profile clients.

You will lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients, from requirements gathering, design, configuration and support activities. You will then lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.

The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role.
