Job summary

H2R Consulting in Wellington Central is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a three-month contract to strengthen and document critical people and payroll processes. You will work with the People and Capability team, payroll specialists and system users to uncover and document current-state workflows and provide actionable guidance material.

• Experience documenting current-state business processes in a payroll or HR domain.
• Ability to articulate processes clearly for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to map workflows, touchpoints and dependencies.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
