To help us further enable our kaimahi, we are looking for a forward-thinking Business Analyst to support the transformation of Te Huringa Project - our HRIS and Payroll system replacement project at this pivotal time. The HRIS and Payroll system upgrade is a key part of our broader commitment to modernising our internal service offering and ensuring that our kaimahi experience a seamless, efficient, and transparent system. This is a fixed term position to end of September 2027. We are also open to kaimahi in central government applying for this opportunity as a secondment from your current agency.
Āu ake mahi | What you'll do
As the Business Analyst of the Te Huringa Project, you will play an essential role in the delivery by supporting the Project Manager to deliver a system that is efficient, accurate, and fit for purpose.
You will be an integral part of the project, helping to ensure that the key requirements are captured for delivery as part of the smooth transition to the new HRIS & Payroll system and delivering insights and analytics that supports both our people and our organisation's growth.
