As Coordinator, you will provide high-quality coordination and administrative support across the People Experience programme of work. You will support project and governance reporting, coordinate official correspondence and accountability requirements, maintain accurate documentation and registers, and champion effective information management and SharePoint practices. Working with teams across People Experience and the wider Ministry, you will help prepare clear, accurate and timely information for senior decision-makers, monitor deadlines and deliverables, and identify practical opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

The remuneration band for this role is $67,066 - $90,008. The appointing salary will be based on skills and experience.
