Job summary

ERoad is seeking a People Experience Partner to own enterprise-wide people programmes and employee experience initiatives as the business grows across NZ, Australia, North America and beyond.

You will design, implement and continuously improve the employee experiences—overseeing platforms, cycles, listening, communications and recognition—while partnering with leaders to embed programmes globally.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR operations and/or programme management experience.
• Experience designing and improving people processes or programmes.
• Experience managing employee listening and engagement initiatives.
• Experience with key people programmes (performance, development, talent, succession, engagement, remuneration).
• Experience using people data to identify trends and measure effectiveness.
• Experience leading dispersed or virtual teams.
• Strong stakeholder relationships across all levels of an organisation.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Culture Amp and Bonusly is a plus.

ABOUT THE COMPANY

ERoad is a Kiwi success story in the tech sector, providing telematics-based fleet management technology to operators across New Zealand, Australia and North America, and listed on both the NZX and ASX. Its global P&C team is hiring a People Experience Partner to own enterprise-wide people programmes and employee experience initiatives as the business continues to grow.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

This role gives you ownership of the programmes that shape how people experience EROAD day to day.

• Own and administer the employee experience platform, from design through to continuous improvement
• Run key people cycles including performance and development, talent and succession, engagement and remuneration reviews
• Lead employee listening initiatives, analysing feedback and turning insights into concrete action
• Manage internal communications and recognition programmes across a dispersed, global workforce
• Partner with People Operations, Business Partners and leaders to embed programmes across the organisation
• Lead virtual and dispersed teams, holding others accountable for outcomes
• Use people data to spot trends, inform decisions and measure the impact of programmes

WHAT YOU NEED

You'll bring solid HR operations or programme management experience and a track record of making people programmes work in practice. 5+ years of hands-on HR operations and/or programme management experience

• Demonstrable experience designing, implementing and continuously improving people processes or programmes
• Experience managing employee listening, engagement or employee experience initiatives, including analysing feedback and turning it into action
• Experience managing key people programmes such as performance and development, talent and succession, engagement or remuneration
• Experience using people data to identify trends, inform decisions and measure programme effectiveness
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment across multiple concurrent programmes
• Experience leading dispersed or virtual teams and holding others accountable for outcomes
• Strong stakeholder relationship-building across all levels of an organisation
• Comfortable creating content and coordinating internal communication channels
• Experience with Workday, Culture Amp and Bonusly is a plus, but equivalent HRIS, engagement or recognition platform experience is just as welcome
• A formal HR operations title isn't required if you bring an equivalent programme or project management background
