We are looking for an experienced People Experience Lead to join our People Experience and Capability team. This is unique opportunity will have a focus on shaping ASB's approach to talent, leadership and future workforce planning.
Working closely with the Executive team and all leaders across ASB, you will lead the evolution of our talent and succession practices, connect leadership development initiatives to organisational priorities, and support the future design of enterprise workforce planning capability.
This role combines strategic thinking with practical delivery. You will influence senior stakeholders, bring together diverse perspectives, and design frameworks, programmes and experiences that strengthen leadership capability, support talent decisions and enable ASB to prepare for future workforce challenges.
A significant focus of the role will be partnering with senior leaders to strengthen talent and succession planning practices across the organisation. You'll help identify critical talent risks, develop succession strategies, support leadership capability initiatives, and build frameworks that create stronger pathways for growth and internal mobility.
You will also play an important role in shaping leadership experiences across ASB, helping connect leadership programmes, events, communication and senior leader engagement activities to broader organisational priorities, culture and values.
Looking ahead, the role will contribute to the development of ASB's enterprise workforce planning capability, helping shape how future talent, capability and workforce decisions are made across the organisation.
We know this role covers a broad portfolio and don't expect candidates to have deep experience across every aspect of the remit. What matters most is your ability to think strategically, connect people and ideas, navigate complexity and turn concepts into practical outcomes.
You may come from organisational development, leadership, talent, workforce planning, consulting, strategy or another related discipline. If you've successfully led complex organisational initiatives, influenced senior stakeholders and used insights to shape strategic programmes, we'd love to hear from you.
