Sime Motors NZ is seeking an experienced People Experience Advisor to support leaders and employees across our nationwide business. Based in Christchurch with occasional travel, this 12-month parental leave cover role offers autonomy to manage recruitment, onboarding and internal mobility while delivering practical, commercially focused PX advice.

You will lead conduct, performance, grievance, absence management and workplace investigations, support remuneration queries, and provide reporting

Qualificações

• 3+ years' HR/People Experience in New Zealand.
• Generalist advisory experience with employment relations knowledge.
• Experience using HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
• Excellent communication, sound judgement and practical problem solving.

**People Experience (PX) Advisor - Fixed Term | 12-month Parental Leave Cover** We are looking for an experienced and trusted People (PX) Advisor to join our dedicated Sime Motors PX team, based in Christchurch. This role will also require occasional travel throughout New Zealand.This 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover role offers the chance to join a collaborative and high-performing People Experience team, supporting leaders and employees across a diverse national business.You'll provide trusted advice on a wide range of people matters, including employment relations, performance, recruitment and employee development, while also contributing to broader PX initiatives and projects.
