Mons Royale is seeking a People & Culture Manager to lead day-to-day HR across our Wanaka team and growing global footprint. You will partner with leaders to shape culture, recruit great people, and build scalable people processes that support our brand in action sports.

We'relooking for a People & Culture Manager to join the mission and our growing team inWānaka. In this newly created role,you'lllead day-to-day people practices at Mons Royale,partnering with leaders across the business to builda strong teamand a strong culture as wecontinueto grow globally.
The role spans recruitment, people operations, culture, employee relations and compliance across our office and retail teams. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the full breadth of people work-fromfinding and welcoming great people, to coaching managers, to building the processes and culture that help a global teamperform at their best.
