Job summary

Mons Royale is seeking a Business Systems Specialist to keep our business systems running smoothly today and to help us build for tomorrow. You will work with NetSuite, Shopify, NuOrder and PowerBI across product, sales, finance, marketing, operations and customer experience.

We are looking for a Business Systems Specialist to helpkeep the systems that power Mons Royale running smoothly todaywhile helping us build for tomorrow.

Mons relies on a growing ecosystem of business systems, integrations and tools across product, sales, finance, marketing, operations and customer experience. This roleworks as part of a team to support,maintainandimprove these systems, ensuring they are reliable and effective for the people who use them.

Working closely with teams across the business and external vendors,you’llsolve problems, supportusers, improve processes and help deliversystemenhancements that make Mons easier tooperateas we continue togrow.

This is a hands-on role for someonewho enjoysunderstanding how a business works, loves solving problemsand takes pride in keeping systems running well.We’relooking for someone who hassolid experienceacrossbusiness systems and technology, and is excited to learn, experiment and grow. Whatyou'lldo

• Support,maintainand optimise systemsacross the business, includingtools such as NetSuite,Shopify,NuorderandPowerBI.

• Monitorbusiness applications,integrationsand data flows to ensure reliability,performanceand data integrity.

• Partner with teams across the business totroubleshoot issues, resolve problems and improve the user experience.

• Identifyand implement opportunities to improve processesandreduce manual effort.

• Support the delivery ofsystem enhancements, integrations andtechnology projects that improve how weoperate.

• Assistwith reporting and business intelligence initiatives to improve access to information and decision-making.

• Coordinate external technology partners,consultantsand support providers.

• Champion continuous improvement and practical use of AI and automation tools across the business.
