Job summary

Mons Royale is looking for a Business Systems Specialist to keep our growing ecosystem of business systems, integrations and tools running smoothly in Wanaka and beyond. You’ll work with teams across product, sales, finance, marketing, operations and customer experience to support, maintain and improve systems.

You’ll help with reporting, data quality and automation, collaborating with external vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting and improving business systems, integrations or technology operations.
• Process improvement mindset with ability to remove manual work through automation.
• Curious about technology, AI tools and emerging ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and optimise systems across the business, including tools such as NetSuite, Shopify, NuOrder and PowerBI.
• Monitor business applications, integrations and data flows to ensure reliability, performance and data integrity.
• Partner with teams across the business to troubleshoot issues, resolve problems and improve the user experience.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual effort.
• Support the delivery of system enhancements, integrations and technology projects that improve how we operate.
• Assist with reporting and business intelligence initiatives to improve access to information and decision-making.
• Coordinate external technology partners, consultants and support providers.
• Champion continuous improvement and practical use of AI and automation tools across the business.
