Job summary

Mons Royale Ltd, based in Wanaka, NZ, is seeking a Business Systems Specialist to keep our growing suite of tools running smoothly and to help build for tomorrow. You’ll work across product, sales, finance, marketing and operations, partnering with external vendors to implement improvements and optimise data flows.

• Hands-on experience supporting and improving business systems across teams.
• Experience with integrations and data flows to ensure reliability and data integrity.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain and optimise systems across the business, including NetSuite, Shopify, NuOrder and PowerBI.
• Monitor applications, integrations and data flows to ensure reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot issues and partner with teams to improve user experience and processes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and automate processes.
• Support delivery of system enhancements and technology projects across the business.
• Assist with reporting and business intelligence initiatives to improve access to information for decision-making.
• Coordinate external technology partners and vendors.
• Champion continuous improvement and practical use of AI across the business.

Mons relies on a growing ecosystem of business systems, integrations and tools across product, sales, finance, marketing, operations and customer experience. This roleworks as part of a team to support,maintainandimprove these systems, ensuring they are reliable and effective for the people who use them.

Working closely with teams across the business and external vendors,you’llsolve problems, supportusers, improve processes and help deliversystemenhancements that make Mons easier tooperateas we continue togrow.

This is a hands-on role for someonewho enjoysunderstanding how a business works, loves solving problemsand takes pride in keeping systems running well.We’relooking for someone who hassolid experienceacrossbusiness systems and technology, and is excited to learn, experiment and grow.
