Qualifications

• Experienced payroll officer with hands-on payroll and HR administration in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly payroll processing for salaried staff and oversee payroll accuracy.
• Provide payroll administration and respond to payroll-related employee queries.
• Assist with leave and benefits administration and provident fund documentation.
• Maintain and update employee master data and contract/tracker records.
• Support end-to-end HR administration, recruitment, onboarding, and payroll audit readiness.
• Ensure statutory payroll deadlines and third-party reporting compliance.
