Job summary

UCC Coffee ANZ in Auckland is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across New Zealand and Australia, supervising one direct report and partnering with stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery.

You will manage payroll integrity, navigate NZ and AU payroll legislation, and drive process improvements while supporting a flexible, collaborative work environment. The role is based at East Tamaki with consideration for Sydney.

Qualifications

• End-to-end payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of NZ and AU payroll legislation.
• Experience using iChris/Chris21.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day payroll operations for NZ and AU entities.
• Lead one direct report.
• Drive payroll process improvements and simplifications.
• Ensure compliance with tax and employment legislation across NZ/AU.
• Provide trusted payroll advice to stakeholders.
