Job summary

TDX is seeking a Parts Correspondent to support customers with parts recommendations, order processing, and accurate dispatch in a fast-paced environment. You will interpret orders, coordinate availability, and liaise with internal teams to maintain exceptional service levels.

Ideal candidates have previous parts department or customer-focused experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in a parts department or similar customer-focused role.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Confidence using computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide face-to-face, over the phone and email support to customers to ensure they receive the right part, at the right price, at the right time and place.
• Interpret & process incoming purchase orders for efficient dispatch
• Coordinate the dispatch of customer orders within an acceptable time frame, ensuring all documentation requirements are met
• Quote enquiries, monitor sales orders daily
• Be committed to providing a quality service to internal and external customers and suppliers

The role:

If you're organised, customer-focused, and passionate about parts, this is a great opportunity to join TDX as a Parts Correspondent. You'll play an important role in managing customer enquiries, processing orders, providing product information, and ensuring parts solutions are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for interpreting customer enquiries, processing orders accurately, coordinating parts availability, and supporting internal teams to ensure customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide face-to-face, over the phone and email support and advice to our customers to ensure they receive the right part, at the right price, at the right time and place.
