Commercial Autos Limited in Whangārei is seeking an Experienced Truck Parts Consultant to join our Isuzu dealership team. You will deliver outstanding service to external customers and internal workshop staff while driving parts sales and customer satisfaction.

You will provide expert advice on truck parts, source parts for customers, and build strong relationships with key accounts. The role requires dealership experience and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Parts Consultant in truck or automotive dealership.
• Strong knowledge of automotive or commercial vehicle parts.

About the Role

As a key member of our Parts team, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding service to both our external customers and internal workshop while helping drive parts sales and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert advice and solutions for truck parts enquiries.
• Identifying, sourcing and supplying parts for customers and our workshop.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customer accounts.
• Processing parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting with inventory management and stock takes.
• Working closely with the Service team to ensure parts are available when required.
• Contributing to the continued success of our Parts department.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven experience as a Parts Consultant within a truck or automotive dealership.
• Excellent knowledge of automotive or commercial vehicle parts.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach with excellent organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and strong computer literacy.
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude with a genuine passion for the automotive industry.

Experience with Isuzu products would be advantageous but is not essential.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, with a rostered Saturday rotation and participation in an on-call roster.
