Job summary

Noel Leeming is seeking a Customer Service Representative at Northlink for a part-time, permanent role. You’ll work Wednesday and Thursday for 6 hours, helping customers with payments, hire purchases, and credit applications while assisting with repairs, sales questions, and everyday admin tasks.

You’ll thrive with strong interpersonal skills, a friendly phone manner, and clear written and verbal communication. Tech interest and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing role.
• Friendly phone manner and clear written/verbal communication.
• Comfortable learning and using computer systems.
• Interest in technology and products to assist customers.
• Ability to work in a team and deliver a memorable customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers at the counter with questions about payments, hire purchases and credit applications.
