Bayleys Property Management Canterbury is seeking a capable, people-focused Residential Property Manager to help grow our Hanmer Springs portfolio. Training and support are provided, with value placed on strong client relationships and professional portfolio management.

You will manage an established residential portfolio with a supportive admin team, while responding to occasional tenancy matters outside standard hours. A competitive salary package and career progression are offered.

Qualifications

• Property management experience welcomed, but not essential for the right person.
• Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, or real estate is advantageous.
• Strong initiative, organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established residential portfolio with support from admin and management teams.
• Engage with clients to grow and strengthen relationships and portfolio.
• Respond to tenancy matters and emergencies outside standard hours when required.
