Responsibilities

• Advertise and list properties, market through channels with descriptions and photos to attract tenants.
• Review tenancy applications, conduct background checks, and ensure tenancy documents are complete and legally compliant.
• Generate detailed financial reports tracking all income and expenses for the property.
• Keep the Palace database updated with tenant information, financial transactions, and activities.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance promptly.
• Schedule and oversee repairs, coordinating with contractors to ensure quality workmanship.
