Erskine Owen is seeking a Part-Time Property Management Administrator to support our property management team. The role is 20 hours per week across three days, with a focus on delivering excellent service to owners and tenants.
You’ll work alongside our Office Manager, follow clear procedures, and grow with ongoing training and mentoring. We value a positive attitude, organisation, and a sense of humour in a fast-paced environment.
This is a part-time position of 20 hours per week, spread over three days.
Working alongside our Office Manager, you’ll support our property management team so they can be the best property managers they can be, giving our clients and tenants the service they deserve.
Property management is a heavily regulated industry, so we’re a process-driven business. That’s good news for you: clear systems and procedures make your role simpler, help you learn quickly, and let you work with confidence.
A People BusinessProperty management is ultimately about people. You’ll be speaking with property owners who have often invested their life savings into their properties, and with tenants who simply want a safe, comfortable place to call home.
We treat both with respect, and we expect respect in return.
Our philosophy is simple: Love our owners. Respect our tenants. Resolve problems before they become disasters.
About YouYou will ideally be:
Organised, with good tech skills
Loyal, honest and dependable
Solutions-focused and able to work independently
Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
Most importantly, you’ll have a healthy sense of humour for those occasional cloudy days when everyone seems to be complaining at once. In property management, there will always be a leaking tap, a maintenance emergency, a frustrated tenant and an owner wanting an update, often all before 10am. The ability to smile, stay professional and keep moving forward is invaluable.
What We OfferPart-time hours over three days, ideal for work-life balance
A supportive, fun and experienced team
Competitive remuneration
Ongoing training and mentoring
Genuine career progression opportunities
Exposure to multiple facets of the property industry
A respected and growing business
A role where no two days are the same
