Job summary

Magazine Designer Clothing is seeking a highly organised Office Administrator to support day-to-day operations across our Mt Albert boutiques. This part-time maternity cover involves 10-15 hours per week to start, with potential to grow, over 2-3 days.

You will manage website content, stock administration, reporting and general operations, with training from the Operations Manager and opportunities to learn new systems within a small, supportive New Zealand team.

Qualifications

• High level of computer confidence; able to navigate multiple programmes and learn unfamiliar tools.
• Ability to read, understand and follow documented processes precisely.
• Independent problem-solving; escalate when needed and ask for help when appropriate.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy across reports and product information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administration and operations of the business.
• Upload products and maintain product information on Shopify.
• Set up sales, promotions and online collections.
• Website maintenance, including content updates and managing sold-out products.
• Assist with buying administration and running reports with spreadsheets.
