Job summary

NetYourJob on the North Shore is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to support a busy specialist practice with six doctors. The role is 16 hours per week, spread over three days, with flexibility including one weeknight.

You will greet patients, manage calls, appointments, and records, and assist with day-to-day operations. Training can be provided, and experience with Medtech Evolution is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical reception or healthcare administration is beneficial.
• Must be friendly, approachable and confident with patients.
• Training can be provided; willingness to learn and strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing friendly, professional customer service.
• Answering phone calls, booking appointments and responding to patient enquiries.
• Keeping patient records up to date and general administration.
• Supporting the day to day operations of the practice.
• Working collaboratively with doctors and other team members.
• Managing competing priorities while maintaining a calm and professional manner.
