New Zealand Customs Service seeks a passionate HR Systems and Reporting Analyst to provide expert HR data analysis and reporting. The role supports payroll and HRIS, contributing to management reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

The position is part-time (20 hours/week) in Auckland, offering formal development, flexible working arrangements, and a supportive team environment.

Competenze

• Background in HRIS, payroll and data analytics with experience providing analysis and support to managers.
• Advanced Excel skills, and experience writing SQL queries, Power BI reports and VBA macros.
