Job summary

Qualifications

• Background in HRIS, payroll and data analytics with experience in providing analysis and support to managers.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and ability to write SQL select queries, Power BI reports and VBA macros.
• Proven ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement changes with a customer-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex data to varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Complete all aspects of HR-related reporting and analysis for internal and external customers.
• Contribute to the management of key HR systems and provide payroll support.
• Develop and deliver Power BI reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
