Cordis Auckland by Langham Hospitality Group is seeking a part-time Steward to keep our kitchens spotless and service flowing. You will support the back-of-house team with dishwashing, stock rotation, and basic prep, contributing to high standards of cleanliness and efficiency.

The ideal candidate is reliable, communicates well under pressure, and is physically fit to handle long shifts. Prior stewarding or kitchen-hand experience is a plus, with uniforms provided and dining discounts offered.

Qualifications

• Reliability and consistent performance in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong team collaboration and clear communication during peak times.
• Physically fit with ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.

Responsabilités

• Operate dishwashing and storage of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
• Maintain benches, floors, and equipment to HACCP standards.
• Handle waste, recycling and follow SOPs; receive and store deliveries.
