Greenfields Sports Baris seeking a dedicated Hospitality Duty Manager to join our team. As the Hospitality Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospitality services.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

This is a part-time position with a minimum of 20 rostered hours per week, worked across Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday evenings. The Employee is required to be flexible and available to work additional shifts or provide cover as reasonably required to meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospitality department, including managing staff and resources to deliver high-quality service
• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of food and beverage service, ensuring adherence to quality and hygiene standards
• Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to provide a safe environment for both customers and staff
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders
• Support in the recruitment, training, and performance management of hospitality staff members

What you will bring:

• An LCQ and current General Manager's certificate
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and industry best practices
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
