• Provide coaching and product training to support team development.
• Monitor financial transactions, POS reconciliations, and prepare daily sales reports.

The Retail Duty Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of retail activities at Super Liquor Avondale. This position demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can oversee various aspects of retail operations while providing exceptional customer service.

This is a part-time position with a minimum of 15 rostered hours per week, worked on Saturdays and Sundays.The Employee must be flexible and available to work late-night shifts as required.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Supervise and coordinate daily retail operations, including sales, inventory management, and the delivery exceptional customer service
• Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
• Compliance with the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012
• Provide coaching and product training, contributing to thecontinuousdevelopment of the team
• Monitor financial transactions, POS reconciliations, and prepare daily sales reports

The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. They should also demonstrate sound decision‑making capabilities in a fast‑paced retail environment.
