Qualifications

• Experience as a Teacher Aide or similar role supporting learners with needs.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with students and families.

Responsibilities

• Support ākonga with learning per their IEP and adapt materials as needed.
• Deliver lessons with Kaiako and provide one-on-one or small group support.
• Encourage online learning engagement and use assistive technology where required.
• Attend meetings, participate in professional development and track progress.
